Heart of Noise

The astute among you will have noticed that I didn’t go to a gig last week. And what is the point of this blog if it’s not to be going to a gig every week?! A fair question, I admit. But with a heavy week at work and being away all weekend, I decided to do two this week instead to make up for it. (In case you’re wondering, my weeks according to Heart of Noise house rules run from Monday through to Sunday.) We’re into the eighth week of the year and by Sunday I’ll have caught up with myself and have two brand-spanking new reviews for you to peruse, have no fear.

In the meantime, I enjoyed two four hour long car journeys at the weekend, accompanied by my iPod. The new Field Music album, Measure is fab. Go on and take a listen.
